Sakai Kei 

Board Chairman

Sakai is the Principal Landowner of PDL2, Lake Kutubu and he has been the Chairman of KutMor since 2012. He has over twenty years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector and is also the Chairman of Vanguard International, Hegigo Holdings Ltd, Clinker PNG and Deputy Chairman of Kutubu Special Purpose Authority.


Nelson Alina

Deputy Chairman 

Nelson holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Technology. He has worked with Halliburton International (PNG) Ltd, Oil Search Limited, and the Department of Petroleum & Energy. Nelson has been the Deputy Chairman of KutMor since 2012.

Glenn Darnley-Stuart

Independent Director

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Engineering Hons (Civil), Graduate Diploma of Local Government Engineering & Management, Master of Engineering Science and Master of Business Administration.  He is a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia, Chartered Professional Engineer, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Glenn has extensive strategic and operational leadership and management experience developed over 41 years in the Australian Army and Oil and Gas Industry. He was a member of the Oil Search Executive Leadership team, Executive General Manager Project Development, Project Manager Upstream Infrastructure PNG LNG Project and General Manager Operations in PNG.  He has more than 30 years’ experience in PNG as well as experience in other international locations.

Glenn is currently serving as the Independent Director on the KutMor Limited Board and a Director on the Vanguard International Board, PNG Ports Board, as well being engaged as a Project Advisor and Project Management Consultant on projects in Australia and PNG.


Nathan Nason

General Manager

Nathan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the PNG University of Technology and has previously attained a certificate in Building Construction.

Nathan has extensive experience in construction and project management, strategic planning, and business management. Nathan was part of several project teams on the LNG PNG Project and later on Oil Search Special Projects team across the Hela and Southern Highlands Provinces.

He later became KutMor’s Operations Manager in 2017 before moving to Port Moresby as KutMor’s General Manager in 2019.

Nathan is also a Professional Member of the PNG Institute of Directors, a Director of Vanguard International Limited and PNG Mining and & Petroleum Hospitality Services Limited.


Management Team


Delmai Ruby Bona

Business Support Service Manager/Company Secretary 

Delmai holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Papua New Guinea, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Leadership from the University of South Australia. Delmai has over ten years of commercial and litigation experience and was previously employed by Motor Vehicle Insurance Company as the Company Secretary.



Andrea Tomai

Human Resources Manageress

Andrea has a Bachelor of Accounting obtained from the University of Papua New Guinea and has over thirty years experience in Administration, Banking and Finance and is also a current CPA member. She joined KutMor in 2019 as an Accountant and is the current Human Resources Manageress.

Andrea was previously employed by IEA PNG as a Business Manager, Placer Niugini now New Porgera Limited as an Accountant, Kemore Limited as an Accountant, Air Niugini, Indosuez Bank and Niugini Lloyd’s Bank as an Administration Assistant/Teller in both Domestic and International Services.

The Operations Manager is a Back to Back position based in Kutubu.


John Francisco Carlos

Finance Manager

A Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant both in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea. Has 13 years of combined public and private accounting experience both local and international. John was previously employed by KTK Accountants and Advisors before taking the role as the Finance Manager of KutMor in November 2021.


Soa Marome

Snr Liaison Officer

Soa graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology from the University of Technology in 1999. He has over 20 years of industrial experience in Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting. He is also a current CPA Member and has actively been involved in the establishment of KutMor Limited. He joined KutMor Limited in 2013 as a Payroll and Human Resources Officer. He is the Senior Liasson Officer – Board of Directors and Shareholders. Soa previously worked with various companies including Niugini Table Birds as  Trainee Processing Manager, Big Rooster PNG as Trainee Manager, Frankston Bakery as Accountant, SBC Solutions, formerly known as Star Business Consultants as a Finance and Administration Manager


Angela Netui

HSEQ Manager

Angela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from the PNG University of Technology. Currently, she serves as the HSEQ Manager at KutMor. Angela is driven by a passion for innovation and transformation. She began her journey with KutMor in 2019 as a Graduate Engineer and has since taken on various roles within the organisation. Her performance and dedication led to her appointment to the current position in September 2024.
