KutMor has been providing Labour Hire services for over 6 years with fit for purpose and competitive rates. KutMor has never missed a payroll and has always remitted employee savings, Nasfund and Tax on time.
Kutmor offers HR and Payroll Services and has the capacity to provide Contractors employees in the following categories:
• Casual Labour and Semi – Skilled Labour
• Skilled Labour
• Professional Labour
Project Management and Managing Contractor
KutMor aspires to become a competent Project Management and Managing Contractor service provider with a focus on small to medium size Civil and Building Projects.
KutMor delivers these services through the KutMor Project Management Capability Framework (PMCF).
The Managing Contractor (MC) capability is a subset of KutMor’s PMCF and is primarily focused on Phase 3 (Define) & Phase 4 (Execute).
When KutMor operates as a Managing Contractor it supports the owner/client in Phases 1 & 2 and takes primary accountability for the delivery of Phases 3 & 4. On completion of Phase 4 KutMor hands the project over to the owner/client who then takes accountability for Phases 5 & 6.
KutMor continues to develop a full suite of services across Phases 2 to 4 including: project governance, planning, estimating, cost and schedule control, contract management, procurement, document control, reporting, execution planning, construction management, engineering management, HSE management, quality control, completion and handover.
When operating as PM or MC KutMor’s strategy is to maximise the engagement of local construction resources as such:
• KutMor provides planning, management, supervision and reporting.
• Local contractors provide construction resources.
• KutMor supports development of Local capability - governance, HSE, work planning, equipment reliability.
KutMor has delivered multiple Civil and Building Projects for Exxon within the Kutubu and Moran project area.
Facilities Management
Building Maintenance
KutMor offers building maintenance services from Work Order management, planning and scheduling to execution of Work Orders. This includes procurement and warehousing services to support maintenance works.
Plant and Equipment Hire
KutMor provides Plant & Equipment (P&E) hire services in the Kutubu Moran Project Area. KutMor’s fleet comprises:
• Light Vehicles
• Cranage and Lifting Equipment
• Compressors
• Welding Machines
• Scaffolding
• Miscellaneous construction support equipment
Investments
KutMor recognises that diversification in both industry sectors and clients is critical to realising our vision of delivering long-term sustainable benefits to all stakeholders.
Investments are a significant component of KutMor’s diversification strategy.
Currently KutMor owns 35% of PNG Mining and Petroleum Hospitality Services (PNGMPHS). PNGMPHS offers a range of catering and hospitality services to a wide range of clients throughout PNG.
KutMor owns 100% of Vanguard International (VI). VI offers a range of Manpower Services including recruitment, labour hire, immigration service, payroll and HR consultancy.
KutMor is actively pursuing other opportunities aligned with realizing our vision.
