About Us
KutMor Limited is a PNG company proudly owned by landowners from the Kutubu, Moran and Mananda areas located in the Southern Highlands and Hela Provinces.
KutMor’s shareholding geographic reach covers communities extending from Benaria & Aijagaiba in the north west through to Kantobo in the south east.
KutMor was formed as a direct result of meetings by landowner leaders and landowner company’s (Lanco’s) in late 2011 and early 2012. The company’s ownership is structured into 14 share classes each representing a discreet geographic area either within or in a buffer area in close proximity to the existing Petroleum Development Licenses (PDL) 2, 5 & 6.
The board comprises one (1) Director elected by the shareholders of each class plus one (1) independent Director. The company’s head office is located in Port Moresby in the newly constructed ENBDC Kada Gunan building and also an office based within Santos Limited’s Iagifu Ridge Operations Camp, located near Lake Kutubu, in the Southern Highlands Province, within PDL 2.

01 Class A
Class A Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans within the Moran (PDL 5) Project area. Class A Clans are from Huli Speaking People from the Homa Paua area on the the border of Hela and Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
02 Class B
Class B Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans within the Moran (PDL 6) Project area. Class B Clans are from Huli Speaking People from the Homa Paua area on the border of Hela and Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea
03 Class C
Class C Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Hekari Region from the Lower Fasu Speaking People within the Kutubu PDL 2 Project Area in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
04 Class D
Class D Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Uri Fasu Region from the Upper Fasu Speaking People within the Kutubu PDL 2 Project Area in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
05 Class E
Class E Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Soro Moro Region from the Fasu Speaking People within the Kutubu PDL 2 Project Area in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
06 Class F
Class F Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Yasuku Region from the Lower Fasu Speaking People in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
07 Class G
Class G Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Upper Foe Region from the Foe Speaking People in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
08 Class H
Class H Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Lower Foe Region from the Foe Speaking People along the Kutubu Pipeline Project Area and PNG LNG Pipeline Licence 4, Segment 5 in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
09 Class I
Class I Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the South East Mananda Region from the Huli Speaking People within the in the Hela Province of Papua New Guinea.
10 Class J
Class J Shares were Issued and Purchased by Impacted Landowners where the Central Processing Facility and Agogo Processing Facilities are located. They are from the Fasu Region of the Fasu Speaking People in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea
11 Class K
Class K Shares were Issued and Purchased by Clans from the Moran Fasu Region from the Huli and Fasu Speaking People within the Kutubu PDL 2 Project Area in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
12 Class L
Class L Shares were Issued and Purchased by Impacted Landowners from the Kaimari Region from the Upper Foe Speaking People within the Kutubu PDL 2 Project Area in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.
13 Class M
